Has anyone heard of any recent capture and punishing of people who create and spread viruses on computers?

I would like to know if there has been any recent ones who have been caught and what type of punishment is being handed out. Also, if the small viruses that try to scare you into buying there anti virus software or the type of viruses which allow constant advertising to come up on your computer or lead you to their websites, has anyone heard of any type of those virus creators being caught. I personally, would like five minutes alone in a locked room with anyone of theses jerks. Any info would be great. Lastly, I heard or read a rumour about the Russian catching and killing a creator of a virus that messed up some of their business but couldn’t verify it but would love to see if that is true. Thanks.

    If you’re pissed off at viruses and virus makers… don’t use Windows.
